REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available for accounts that have been funded but have not executed any trades. The refund will be equal to the total deposit amount. Partial withdrawals of any unused balance are also permitted.

For deposits made via credit card or bank transfer, you may withdraw the deposit amount back to the same credit card or bank account. However, profits earned must be withdrawn using an alternative method.

Withdrawals can be processed through credit card (for deposit amounts only), bank wire transfer, Bitcoin, or other supported methods.
